Tigers Claim Victory Over Bulldogs Amidst On-Field Tension
Wests Tigers secured a important 24-12 win against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at CommBank Stadium in Sydney on Sunday, August 4, 2025, but the match was also marked by a heated exchange between Tigers five-eighth Jarome Luai and former teammate Lachlan galvin.
Luai addressed the incident, wich saw him standing over Galvin during the first half, stating, “That’s footy bro, I’m a competitor and it doesn’t realy matter who is on the other side.” He further clarified his mindset, adding, “There is brothers and opposition, so that’s how I see it.”
