This means that the investors who buy the shares of these companies by the end of todayโ€™s trading session will be eligible to receive the respective dividends from the companies.

Indian financial markets follow a T+1 settlement system. Under the T+1 settlement cycle, an investor must purchase shares at least one day before the record date to qualify for the dividend.
