Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt: New Restaurants & Stores Expanding in North Naples

NORTH NAPLES,FL – ‌The North Naples shopping Center is experiencing a surge in new‍ businesses,adding a ⁢diverse range ‌of‌ tenants ‌from dining and wellness too retail. Several establishments are slated to‌ open this month, with others planned for late 2024 and beyond.

Among the anticipated openings is The Supper Club,relocating from Davis Boulevard and formerly occupying the Tableside and Alpine restaurant spaces. The 2,200-square-foot venue will feature crushed red velvet walls, chandeliers, and a full liquor license ‌to complement its expanded⁣ beverage programme.

Also debuting this month is Aufieri & Martinez Argentinian Steakhouse in Suite 200, the first dining concept from owners Walter Rolando Aufieri and Daniel Martínez.

Wellness‌ options are expanding with sweathouz, which will open two locations ⁤at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt and the Tree Farm Plaza, offering infrared saunas, cold plunge therapy, vitamin ⁢C showers, and private luxury suites.

Later this year, Playa Bowls, a jersey Shore-based chain specializing in acai, pitaya, and coconut bowls, will take over the‍ space previously occupied by Nautical bowls. Angelic Desserts Bakery & Cafe will consolidate and expand its operations into a larger space, perhaps increasing seating capacity.

Several businesses have already opened their doors at the center. Crazy King Burrito launched in Suite 100, and Mojo Thai & Sushi reopened October 16, 2025, as Mojo Thai & E-San following renovations focused on⁤ cuisine from ⁤northeastern Thailand. Sway ⁣by Shape of‌ Wicker celebrated its grand opening in⁣ October, offering indoor and outdoor wicker furniture made in ⁣Vietnam.

DETROIT – Hudson’s‍ Detroit,the landmark skyscraper currently under ‌development,will welcome a new restaurant concept from Union ‍square Hospitality Group (USHG),the acclaimed hospitality company founded by Danny Meyer,in ⁢2026. The addition signals a notable investment in⁤ Detroit’s burgeoning culinary scene and⁣ further cements the building’s position as⁣ a premier⁤ destination.

USHG, ⁤known for⁣ its⁢ portfolio of award-winning establishments‌ including The View, Gramercy Tavern, and The Modern, has earned 28 James⁢ Beard Awards over‌ the years. While details about the‍ Detroit restaurant remain limited, the project underscores the growing national recognition of the city’s vibrant food and beverage landscape.⁤ Hudson’s detroit is also set to house a luxury Edition⁤ Hotel and 96 condos on floors 26 through 45.

Prior to USHG’s arrival, ‍Hudson’s will welcome One two three, a French café truck⁤ from the team behind Cafe Underground, on Nov. 6. The café will be located along Nick gilbert way and offer coffee⁣ and pastries from local suppliers.

SALEM, Ore. – A⁤ new restaurant, Encore, is set to open at the Grand Theatre in downtown Salem on Oct.30, bringing⁣ a diverse⁢ menu and a ⁣”date night spot” atmosphere to the location. The opening fills a⁤ vacancy left after Paradiso at the Grand closed in July, ⁣continuing a revolving door of‌ restaurants at the‍ High and Court streets corner.

Encore aims to offer a broad appeal, featuring house specialties like ⁢gnocchi made from a family recipe passed down for generations‍ and‌ ceviche inspired ⁢by the Oregon coast and Jalisco, Mexico.owner Franco‌ Fuentes plans ‍to emphasize seasonal specials and locally sourced ingredients alongside steak, ⁤seafood, pasta, wine, and craft cocktails. “We also⁣ recognise the need in Salem for a traditional ‘date night⁤ spot,'” Fuentes said.

The Grand Theatre location has seen several restaurant concepts come and go in recent years. Paradiso initially opened in 2022, following a previous iteration of Paradiso from 2016-2017 that transitioned ‌into a membership-based private club, The club at Paradiso. Before Paradiso, marco Ristorante and Phuket Thai Fusion⁢ briefly occupied the space.Paradiso’s⁤ othre location, Paradiso on⁣ the Green at Creekside Golf Club,‌ remains ‌open.
