Millie Bobby brown Reportedly Filed Bullying and Harassment Claim Against ‘stranger Things’ Co-Star David Harbour
Los Angeles, CA - Actress Millie Bobby Brown reportedly filed a harassment and bullying claim against her Stranger Things co-star David Harbour prior to the filming of the show’s final season, according to a source who spoke with Firstpost. The claim allegedly contained “pages and pages of accusations” and prompted an inquiry that lasted “months.”
Netflix has not publicly commented on the matter. Though, a source indicated to Firstpost that the streaming giant intends to proceed with the release of Stranger Things 5 despite the allegations, stating, “Nothing is going to overshadow this, not even the leading man’s private life.”
Stranger Things, set in the 1980s in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, follows a group of young friends as they encounter paranormal and supernatural phenomena linked to experiments at the Hawkins National Laboratory. The fifth and final season is expected to pick up a year after the events of the fourth season, with the group attempting to defeat Vecna and facing a new, powerful threat. The final season is slated for a fall 1987 setting, near the anniversary of Will Byers’s disappearance.
Brown and Harbour have both been central figures in the series since its debut in 2016. Brown plays Eleven, while Harbour portrays Chief Jim Hopper.
