Bajaj Financial Securities Acquires Stake in Customer Data Platform Lemnisk
MUMBAI: Bajaj Financial Securities has invested in customer data platform (CDP) Lemnisk through a secondary transaction, providing partial exits to early investors including growX Ventures. Teh financial terms of the dealโ where not disclosed.
Lemnisk, founded by Praveenโ DS, Rinku Ghosh, and Subra Krishnan, develops a composable CDP utilized by financial institutions, insurers, and other regulated entities to unify customer data and enable personalized engagement.
