The Prime Minister began the meeting by welcoming Dr. Abdul Hadi Al-Qasabi. He also expressed his welcome to all heads of the specific committees of the House of Representatives at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, stressing his keenness to hold this meeting on a periodic basis, especially at the beginning of each new legislative session. To discuss many of the files currently raised, which are of interest to various segments of society, and which must create some kind of consensus between the government and Parliament regarding the procedures for implementing them, and to discuss the challenges facing implementation together; In order to quickly overcome it and complete the work.

In this context, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly congratulated Dr. Abdel Hadi Al-Qasabi for occupying the position of Chairman of the Parliamentary Body of the “Future of a Nation” party. He also thanked Engineer Ashraf Rashad for his efforts during the last period.

The Prime Minister reiterated that holding these periodic meetings comes within the framework of the government’s keenness to listen to the heads of the specific committees, each regarding his own files. To learn about opinions and viewpoints regarding the most important challenges and problems we face, and the priorities for dealing with these challenges, he said: “This comes as you are the mouthpiece of the specific committees, as well as the mouthpiece of the Egyptian street.”

During his speech, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly praised the political solidarity and great support provided by the House of Representatives to support various state agencies, saluting the House of Representatives for the wonderful scene it appeared during the Prime Minister’s response to the briefing request submitted by a number of members of the House regarding efforts to support… The Egyptian state for our Palestinian brothers, as well as the measures implemented by the state and the government to prevent attempts to forcibly displace them from the Gaza Strip, and the challenges that the Egyptian state faced in providing humanitarian and relief aid to our Palestinian brothers, pointing out that this day is a historic day on the personal level, adding: “I felt During this day, there is intense patriotism among the members of the esteemed Council,” in addition to the members’ understanding of the dimensions of the current problem, and what is being plotted against Egypt and against the entire region.

The Prime Minister touched on other crises that some neighboring countries are currently witnessing, including Sudan, which represents a strategic depth for the Egyptian state and whose crises and problems carry unusual obstacles, and before that Libya, pointing to an important point in this regard, which is that there is no country in the world that is geographically surrounded by something like this. These conflicts are like the one Egypt is witnessing, noting that this situation imposes serious repercussions on the Egyptian state that must be dealt with.

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly said: Despite all the challenges, the unemployment rate does not exceed 7% according to the latest reports, and this issue is one of the government’s most important priorities, and we are keen that these rates do not witness an increase during the coming period, and he also expected that the growth rate during the current fiscal year will reach At least 4%, due to the circumstances the whole world is going through.

In the context of his talk about encouraging the private sector, the Prime Minister indicated that one of the reasons for the boom in the industrial sector lies in encouraging the localization of various industries, adding: Indeed, we were keen to meet many of the major international companies that invest millions of dollars in Egypt and provide thousands of job opportunities, explaining These companies are pumping new blood into the industrial sector that will move this sector to a real qualitative leap during the coming period.
