QUERÉTARO, MEXICO – November 25, 2025 – Videos circulating on social media have sparked controversy surrounding Alejandro Fernández’s performance at the Querétaro Livestock Fair, with many attendees claiming the singer appeared “disoriented” and in a “bad state” on stage.The videos, shared widely on platforms like TikTok and X (formerly Twitter), show moments where Fernández seemed to struggle with balance and orientation. One widely shared recording, posted by TikTok user Arturo Colin, depicts him leaning forward, seemingly attempting to manage nausea or discomfort.
The online reaction was swift, with numerous users expressing disappointment. “They pay so much money to see a drunk; how sad, it is indeed not honorable to show up for any job like that,” one comment, quoted in various media outlets, read. Others drew comparisons to his father, Vicente Fernández, arguing the quality of the performance paled in comparison to those delivered by the late “Charro de Huentitán.”
