Pope francis urges Artists to Find “The Way of โBeauty“โข to God โฃin Concertโ for the โคPoor
VATICAN โCITY – Pope Francis underscored thatโค encountering Christ in those living in poverty is not an act of โcharity, but a revelation, as he addressed artists participating in SaturdayS โค”Concert with the Poor” in Rome. The Pope encouraged musicians to approach their craft with heartfelt artistry, emphasizingโข music’s โpower to lead to God through beauty.
The upcomingโ concert,a collaborative effort โฃbetween the Diocese of Rome,the New Opera foundation,and international โartists including Michael Bublรฉ and actress Serenaโ Autieri,aimsโฃ to raise awareness and funds for those in need. This event builds on Pope Francis’ consistentโฃ call to prioritize the marginalizedโข and to recognize the inherent dignity ofโ every human being, viewing encounters with โฃthe poor not as benevolent acts, but as opportunities for profound spiritual connection. The concert will be broadcast live on Vatican Radio and various digital platforms on December 6th, beginning at 4:55 p.m.
