Hilton Tops Global List as World’s Best Workplace for Third Year Running
NEW YORK – Hilton hotel chain has been named the world’s best company to work for in 2025, marking its third consecutive year at the top of the annual Great Place to Work (GPTW) list. The ranking, released today, highlights companies where a meaningful majority of employees report positive experiences.
DHL Express and Cisco followed Hilton on the podium, with 91% of employees at each company affirming they consider it a “great place to work.” The list, compiled by GPTW, evaluates organizations based on both the quality and consistency of worker experiences, measuring differences in responses within each company.
Rounding out the top ten globally are Accenture, Marriott International, AbbVie, TP, Stryker, Salesforce, and MetLife. Other notable companies appearing on the list include nvidia (15th), Adobe (20th), and Trek (23rd). While the top three positions remain unchanged since 2023, DHL held the number one spot in 2022, followed by Hilton and Cisco.
To qualify for the GPTW listing,companies must employ at least 5,000 people worldwide and be featured on at least five national “best workplace” lists across Asia,Europe,Latin America,Africa,North America,or Australia during 2024 or early 2025.
Chile’s Best Workplaces Named
The 2024 rankings for Chile also identify leading employers, categorized by company size. HILTI, SAP Chile, and Generadora Metropolitana lead the rankings for companies with up to 250 employees. DHL Express tops the list for organizations with 251 to 1,000 employees, followed by Lipigas and NTT Data, Inc. among firms with over 1,000 workers in Chile, Parque del memoria, Itaú, and Caja Los andes are among the top performers.
