This initiative providesโ a crucial service to โresidents facingโ outstanding โwarrants for traffic-related offenses.
A Fourth Chance to Clear Traffic Violations
This marksโฃ the โฃfourth in a seriesโ of clinics designed to โขoffer a straightforward path to resolving municipalโข court warrants. The city of Mobile legal Department and the โMobileโ Municipal Court are leading the effort,building on the success of previous events facilitated by โฃGRAE. GRAE has a proven track record of โassisting communities nationwide, and their previous three clinics in Mobile have โคalready helped โขhundreds of individualsโ addressโ minor traffic violations.
Removing Barriers โto Justice
A core principle of this clinic is to create a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. Individuals with active traffic warrants in mobile Municipal Court can resolve their cases quickly and without the anxiety of potentialโข arrest. To further ease concerns,municipal judges โand courtโ officers will beโ present in plain clothes,and there is no โdress โคcode for participants.
