New Leadership, Focused Vision
To supportโ this โขevolution, we’re implementing a new structure within our โขTV Media division. I’m pleased to announce the following leadership assignments:
* Laurel Weir will lead programming for MTV, Comedyโข Central, Nickelodeon, and other cable networks, alsoโฃ overseeing the Global Programming Acquisitions Group.
*โ Jules Borkent will spearhead Nickelodeon Kids & Family’s business โand strategy,maximizing the power โฃof the Nick brand.
* Ashley โKaplan โขand Alec โขBotnick will lead Nickelodeon’s โขanimation studio,continuing to deliver hits like โ SpongeBob and PAW โPatrol โ while developing exciting new content for digital,television,and streaming. They will also oversee animated development for CBS, Comedy Central,โค and MTV.
* Ari Pearce โ will lead Comedy Central, driving new comedy development and overseeing โflagship series like south โขPark and โ The โDaily โShow.
*โ Sitarahโค Pendleton will lead all MTV series and specials, including signature franchises likeโ rupaul’s Dragโ Race.
* Jeannie Scalzo โฃ will partner with Laurel Weir to lead the MTV business.
