tess Ferm,a recent graduate of Porter-Gaud School and an incoming freshman at Furman University,has achieved national recognition,being crowned Miss America’s Teen 2026 in Orlando,Florida. Ferm proudly represented the state of South Carolina throughout the competition.

ferm was selected from a field of impressive delegates representing all 50 states,the District of Columbia,and Puerto Rico.The competition showcased the talents, intelligence, and dedication of young women across the nation.
Scholarships and Recognition
Her victory comes with $58,000 in scholarships, providing important financial support for her future education.Beyond the title,Ferm was also honored with the Quality of Life: Teens in Action Overall Award,acknowledging her impactful community service.
