Bangkok’s Khum Hom restaurant Hosts Exclusive Four-Hands Culinary Collaboration – A unique dining experiance featuring the combined talents of Chef Jeremy Gillon of Le Normandie by Alain Roux and Chef Ian Kittichai took place August 5th-7th, 2025, at the Khum Hom Restaurant within the BDMS Wellness Resort.
The collaboration, titled “2025 Edition Four Hands Culinary Experience,” showcased a menu blending Thai and French culinary traditions. Diners were presented with a choice of a seven-course menu priced at 5,200++ baht or a nine-course menu at 5,800++ baht, with optional wine pairings available. accor Plus members received a 20% discount,and All-Accor Live Limitless members earned Dining Rewards points.
The menu featured dishes such as Grilled Pork served with avocado sauce and seafood,alongside Boat Noodles crafted from stewed cow’s cheeks in a soup,accompanied by gel,vinegar,and coconut foam. Further courses included Steaks in deer and gravy, radish, stewed with Dipli, prepared by Chef Jeremi, and a concluding selection of rice Mak, Tos and Sherbet, rice from Sukhothai, created by Chef Ian.The dessert course highlighted Sherbet, grapefruit and coconut ice cream, complemented by oranges, gong, feed, and marinated kaffir lime.
Chef Ian Kittichai emphasized the collaborative spirit, stating the menus were designed to reflect the beauty of both food cultures, with Chef Gillon prioritizing seasonal Thai ingredients and highlighting regional diversity. He described the experience as a “flavoring conversation that respects each other’s cultural roots.”
