Daddy โYankee Sued for $10 Million by Ex-Wife mireddys Gonzรกlez in ‘Economic Violence’ Claim
San Juan, Puerto Rico – Mireddys Gonzรกlez, ex-wife of reggaeton โฃsuperstar Daddy Yankee, has filed a lawsuit โalleging “economic โขviolence” and is demanding $10โ million in damages before โthe Federal court. Gonzรกlez claimsโค daddy Yankee is attempting to prevent her from enjoyingโค and disposing of her participation in โtheir shared marital property and is seeking a โขcourt order toโ protect the post-marital community โฃfrom being “squandered or disappearing.”
The legalโ motion argues the court must โensure a “fair, fast andโค economical solution” to โขthe proceedings and prevent the defendant from violating establishedโข legal procedures. Gonzรกlez’s โขlawyers emphasized she “urgently needs a remedy โคthat guarantees her access to what she is entitled to and cannot continue to be economically oppressed by the โขdefendant.”
The โlawsuit comes amidst a separate $12 millionโ claim filed by Daddy Yankee against Gonzรกlez โฃand his former sister-in-law, Ayeicha Gonzรกlez, alleging they eliminated important information from โขhis companies, el Cartel Productions and Los Cangris Inc.
