Travis Credit Union Announces Assistance Programs for Federal Workers Affected by Government Uncertainty
VACAVILLE, Calif. – November 20, 2023 – Travis Credit Union (TCU) today announced a series of assistance programs designed to support its members impacted by ongoing federal government uncertainty.Recognizing the financial strain faced by federal employees and their families, TCU is offering a Skip-A-Pay program, mortgage hardship assistance, and free financial resources.
Eligible members can skip up to two monthly payments on qualified TCU loans, including vehicle, personal, and credit card loans. additionally, TCU’s mortgage support team is available for personalized, one-on-one guidance to members experiencing difficulty wiht home loan payments.
“We understand the financial stress and uncertainty that many federal workers and their families are facing. Our goal is to offer peace of mind and let our members know they are not alone,and that help is available right now,” said Kevin Miller,president and chief executive officer at travis Credit Union. “We will continue to evaluate and modify the programs to ensure ongoing support for our members.
