Take That to Play Aviva Stadium in Dublin as Part of โ2026 Tour
Take That have announced they will play dublin’s Aviva Stadium on Saturday, july 4th, 2026, as part of a wider tour beginning in Southampton onโ May 29th,โ 2026.Tickets go โขon โคsale at 10am on Friday, May 17th, and are expected โto โขsell quickly.
The โdeclaration follows a week of teaser videos posted onโค the band’s social media channels. The tourโ will see โthe group – currently comprised of Gary Barlow,Mark Owen,and โhoward Donald – performing across the UK and Ireland. Pop-rock band The Script and American singer-songwriter Belinda Carlisle will support the band on UK dates, with support acts for the Dublin concert yet to be confirmed.
Takeโ That originally formed in 1989 with Robbie Williams, Gary Barlow, Jason orange,โ Mark Owen and Howardโค Donald, achieving significant success with three chart-topping albums before disbanding in 1996 โขfollowing Williams’ departure. The remaining members reunited in 2005, โreleasingโ three number one albums in โfour years, and were briefly rejoined by williams in 2011 for the albumโ Progress. Both Williams and Orange โฃlater left the group.
The upcoming tour is โฃexpected to coincide with the release of a new three-part documentary about the band on Netflix. Take That have a long-standing and dedicated Irish fanbase,โ with fans previouslyโ queuing for up to seven hours outside Dublin’sโค 3Arena in 2019 to โsecure prime positions for a concert.
