Lombardy Opens Free Flu Shots to All Residents
Milan,Italy – โคOctober 13,2024 – In a significant public health move,the Lombardy region today announced free influenza vaccination isโค now availableโค to all citizens,irrespective of age or health status. The expansion follows the accomplished completion โof a priority vaccination phase, which delivered 142,201 doses.

A free monoclonal antibodyโข is available, particularly โขcrucial for โฃnewborns. infants born between October 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, can receive the antibody at the hospital where they were born.Those born between April 1, 2025, and September โ30, 2025, can access it through โtheir pediatrician โคor at regional vaccinationโฃ centers.
