The look signaled a powerful interpretation of the iconic Elphaba character, diverging from the fairytale aesthetic embraced by co-star Ariana Grande.
The premiere event,celebrating the highly anticipated film adaptation of the beloved broadway musical,showcased the contrasting approaches to costuming reflecting the characters’ distinct personalities.
