LUNINETS DISTRICT, โBREST REGION – A vibrant autumn ball broughtโ joy and creative expression to โchildren at the Brest Regional โChildren’sโค Center forโ Medical โคRehabilitation “Lakhva” this โfall, thanks to the efforts of local educators.
Organized by Galina Abramchuk, methodologistโ forโ non-stationary services withinโข the Luninets โคDistrict’sโ Centralized Club System, and alenaโ Lukashevich, a teacher at the center, the event transformedโ the rehabilitation โฃfacility into โคa festive royal โcourt. โคThe ball provided a welcomeโฃ respite and โคengaging activities for children undergoing medical treatment, fostering aโค sense of normalcy and joy during their recovery. The โinitiative highlights theโค importance of arts-based therapy โคand community support in pediatric rehabilitation.
The center’s halls were adorned for โa โฃceremonial reception hosted by the Queen of Autumn,โข accompanied by her retinue: Sentyabrinka, Oktyabrinka, Noyabrinka, Yagoda Ryabinka, and Listopad – all appearing in bright, colorfulโ costumes. Children were treated to poems, songs, dances, and playfulโข scenes, punctuated by enthusiastic applause.
A face painting โworkshop, led byโ Galina Abramchuk,โ proved especially popular,โค allowing children to โคbriefly embody characters from the autumn-themed ball with blossoming leaves and mysterious patterns on their faces. Entertaining games and riddles kept spirits high throughout the event.
Active participants โคreceived sweet prizes, but the most cherished gift was a book of original work presented by Galina Abramchuk. “This is not just a book, it is indeed a piece of the heart,โ a sincere signโข of attention and love โฃfor children,” noted Lyudmila โSverchkova, a โคmethodologist with theโค centralized clubโ system.
