however, Amul Managing Director Jayen Mehta โฃclarified that the GST on โฃfresh pouch milk has always been zero, and therefore, prices of these products will not โคchange. “The government has reduced the GST on ultra-high temperature (UHT) milk โคfrom 5% to 0%, meaning only UHT โขmilk will become cheaper starting September 22,” Mehta stated, according to news agency ANI.
