Intercultural marriage is arguably common. Although having many differences usually the couple ‘mix’ can understand each other through conversation. But what if the family has no language similarity? The story of three of the mirror from Malaysia who was married to a foreign man also became viral.
Three Conterested Malaysia was discussed because of their similarity to marry a foreign man. As told by his father, Razali Yusof, to the Daily Metro, his daughters have a husband from England, Egypt, and Pakistan. Unfortunately Razali and his son -in -law had no language in common. Therefore, they rely on hands and facial expressions.
The difference is increasingly felt because Razali and his three daughters who have been paired lived in one house. The man also likens their communication like a chicken trying to talk to ducks. Because his son -in -law could not speak Malay, Razali relied on ‘mutual understanding‘ without having to make one sentence.

Razali himself was initially worried when his first child married a man from England. He realized that if they had cultural differences, language, and lifestyle but because they believe in the Princess’s religion, he actually agreed.
“I believe that my daughter is raised with strong religious values โโand can guide her husband. I am truly grateful that each of them is smart and respectful to me and my wife,” Razali said.
Interestingly, even though they could not communicate smoothly with son -in -law, Razali built relations through religion while they often went to the mosque together. Razali also respects respect to his son -in -law who is willing to sacrifice for love. The three husbands of his daughter left their home country to embrace Islam.
The story of Razali’s family attracted the attention of netizens on social media. Not a few netizens who salute with humility.
“Language varies, culture may clash, but love is always translated.” “I can’t imagine how funny it is to see them cooking together without being able to speak the same language. They are very pleasant families,” netizens wrote.
