A key focus is the development and maintenance of pricing structures for both the mass market and pharmaceutical sectors in France.The office is responsible for creating a detailed timeline for the annual creation of the Mass and Pharma price lists, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The team will manage the creation and distribution of price list addendums for new product references.This process involves coordinating information from various sources, designing the addendums, overseeing printing, and distributing them to relevant suppliers.Moreover, the office is tasked with determining standardized product descriptions (both standard and promotional) within the Item Master project framework, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Budget Control and Financial Management
Rigorous budget control is a priority. responsibilities include preparing annual plans and forecasts, monitoring expenditures against budget, conducting monthly budget review meetings, and maintaining a detailed fixed-cost budget file. The office will also manage purchase order (PO) creation, receipt, and approval within the SAP system.
SAP System Expertise & Support
The Commercial Director’s office serves as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues. This includes creating new user profiles, providing support for the Ariba procurement platform, resolving blocked invoices within the Commercial Director’s department, and managing new vendor creation. The designated “SAP Super Champion” will ensure smooth operation and user support.
