Madrid Talent Announces 2025 Summer School Focused on Well-being in Public‍ Service

MADRID – Madrid ⁣talent has announced it’s second edition of the Madrid Summer ⁢School, dedicated to establishing well-being as a core driver‍ of‍ motivation and productivity ‌within ‍public organizations. The event will take place in 2025 and aims to foster a healthy culture that enhances public services for citizens.

The Summer School will highlight Madrid’s dedication to policies and environments⁢ promoting the physical, mental, emotional, and social ‍health of public sector teams. This ⁢approach integrates Emotional intelligence and Artificial Intelligence, positioning Madrid as “The ⁣City of welfare.” Organizers emphasize that prioritizing well-being leads to more‌ motivated and productive teams, ultimately increasing both institutional ⁢and citizen satisfaction.

The program features round ‍table discussions on well-being as an organizational value, ⁣covering‌ labor, social, physical, and emotional⁤ dimensions. Inspiring ⁣dialogues will include experts from both‌ the public and⁢ private sectors.

Keynote speakers include Fran Murcia, director of Howden Iberia, presenting “Welfare and its impact on organizations,” and Marcos Cajina, professor at IE University’s Center for Health ⁣& Well-being, discussing “Reconciling performance and well-being.”

Interactive workshops⁤ will also be⁤ offered, including inbody measurement assessments and a “Welfare Thermometer” workshop led by ⁤Carla‌ Zaldúa,⁤ Executive Director of ⁢Emotional Hub.
