Studenic was drafted by the New jersey Devils in 2017. He debuted in the NHL during the 2020/21 season and subsequently played for Dallas and Seattle. In his NHL career, he played 46 games, scoring three goals and providing three assists. He spent a notable amount of time in the AHL, including the 2023/24 season with the Coachella Valley Firebirds. Before turning professional, Studenic played two seasons in the Junior OHL, winning a title with Hamilton.
