Starlux Airlines Busan Route: Taipei Launch Date & Details
Starlux Airlines will commence daily round-trip service between Taipei/Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and Busan’s Gimhae International Airport (PUS) on June 1, marking the airline’s inaugural scheduled route to South Korea.
The new route will be operated using an Airbus A321neo aircraft, configured to accommodate 188 passengers, including eight in Business Class and 180 in Economy Class. Tickets for the Taipei–Busan flights went on sale February 25.
According to published timetables, flight JX900 will depart Taipei/Taoyuan at 8:15 AM, arriving in Busan at 11:30 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays. Flight JX902 will depart Taipei/Taoyuan at 2:45 PM, arriving in Busan at 5:55 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Return flights include JX901, departing Busan at 12:30 PM and arriving in Taipei/Taoyuan at 1:45 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, and JX903, departing Busan at 6:55 PM and arriving in Taipei/Taoyuan at 8:15 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
The Taipei–Busan route is currently served by a number of other carriers, including China Airlines, Air Busan, Korean Air, Tigerair Taiwan, Jeju Air, EVA Air, Easter Jet, and Jin Air.
