A fresh potato salad goes without a doubt with a summer dish. Star chef Geert Van Hecke of restaurant Zet’joe in Bruges put his spoon in twelve different jars, but it only made him happy once. “Without a doubt, this is the only one I would buy myself. This one is head and shoulders above the rest. The level of the rest is sadly low.”
