Sony & Cannes: Supporting Emerging Filmmakers with New Short Film Prize

Sony has announced a partnership with Critics’ Week at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, establishing the Sony Discovery Prize for Short Films. The Sony Discovery Prize will award a €4,000 prize to the best short film selected by a jury on May 20, 2026.
