Something Wicked Movie Premiere at Mission Valley

Mission Valley to Host “Something Wicked” Festivity Ahead of “Wicked: For Good” Premiere

SAN DIEGO, CA – november ⁢16, 2024 – Mission valley is gearing up for a family-kind‌ event celebrating the upcoming ⁢release of “Wicked:⁢ For Good,” with “Something⁤ Wicked” scheduled for Friday, November 22, from 4 p.m.to 7 p.m. in the AMC Court. The event promises an afternoon of entertainment, community support, and themed ‍activities for all ages.

Guests will have⁣ the opportunity to capture memorable photos with characters inspired by Elphaba and​ Glinda. A ⁢live performance ⁣by the Trinity Theatre Company will ⁣also take center stage, and attendees can meet the cast and learn about their upcoming productions at the Trinity Theatre booth. DJ Sass will provide music ‌throughout the event, complemented by whimsical entertainment from⁣ the⁣ Bubble Pirate.

The first 100 attendees will ‌enjoy a‌ free slime-making activity at the‌ Slime Kitchen, creating pink and​ green slime. Additional “Wicked”-themed⁤ slime will be available for purchase.

Beyond the‍ fun, “something Wicked” will also feature opportunities to‍ give ⁣back to the⁣ community.The Princess Project will be​ on-site accepting prom dress donations and recruiting volunteers to support​ local ⁣teens. Visitors can also participate ‍in a Plinko game for a chance to win prizes from participating retailers. Mission Valley‍ is also ⁢hosting an ongoing One Warm Coat⁣ drive, encouraging guests to donate new ​or gently used coats to benefit local families in need⁤ this season.
