The National health Service Contact Center, SNS 24, has unveiled a substantially updated application and website, marking a substantial investment of over 15 million euros in their renewal. This overhaul introduces a fresh design and a host of new features aimed at improving user access to essential health information and services.

The revamped SNS 24 app is now available for both Android and iOS devices, offering free download from their respective application stores. To begin utilizing the app, citizens must authenticate themselves using their user number or the digital mobile key. This secure login provides access to fundamental profile information.
