The rapper initially expressed confusion and discomfort during an appearance on the “it’s Giving” podcast, saying the depiction of the couple “fucked me up” and left him unsure how to respond to his grandson’s inquiries. He afterward posted on social media, writing, ”all my gay friends [know] what’s up, they been calling me with love. My bad for not knowing the answers for a 6 yr old. Teach me how to learn.
