Snapchat Marketing Insights: PMAR2026 & Beyond | Pulkit Trivedi

February 24, 2026 Rachel Kim – Technology Editor Technology

Snap Inc. Has appointed Pulkit Trivedi as Managing Director for its India operations, the company announced on LinkedIn in February 2026. Trivedi, formerly with Google Pay, will lead the organization’s Indian operations, including supporting clients and partners and nurturing the creator ecosystem.

The appointment, first reported by Expert Beacon, comes as Snap seeks to strengthen its position in the Indian market. Ajit Mohan, welcoming Trivedi to the Snap team, noted his “deep expertise in building and scaling businesses and finding ways to drive outsized growth for partners” would be crucial to continuing to serve the platform’s over 200 million Snapchatters in India.

Trivedi’s previous role at Google involved leading the ‘Pay’ business division in India, focusing on strategic planning, partnerships, and monetization of Google Pay. Prior to Google, he held positions at Meta, Intel, and IBM, accumulating over two decades of experience in the technology sector, according to the MMA Global website. He was also recognized as one of India’s “40 Young Business Leaders under 40” by Business Today.

In a LinkedIn post announcing his new role, Trivedi expressed excitement about the opportunity, stating India is at “an extraordinary phase of digital growth” and that he aims to “build something meaningful for our community and businesses in India.”

According to his LinkedIn profile, Trivedi is based in Delhi and holds a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology. He has over 500 connections on the platform. As Managing Director, Trivedi will oversee operations, monetization, partnerships, content, and Snap’s creator ecosystem in India, as detailed on the MMA Global website.
