Bellmawr, N.J. – Singer Equipment Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support contract project operations. This pivotal role ensures the seamless execution of daily tasks

Key Responsibilities
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining project operations and supporting cross-functional disciplines. Core duties include:
- Tracking equipment using Quickbase, Prelude, AQ, and factory communications.
- Maintaining up-to-date equipment tracking in Quickbase for assigned projects.
- Collaborating with the Service Manager to complete and distribute Owners Manuals.
- Processing pick Tickets received from the warehouse and updating Quickbase accordingly.
- Entering supply orders into Quickbase.
- Tracking vendor returns.
- Gathering information for freight claims.
- Assisting with estimating as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Physical Demands
The role requires the employee to frequently sit, stand, and walk. it involves talking and hearing, both in person and via telephone, and repetitive hand use for office or mechanical tools/equipment. Working Conditions
Office hours are Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend hours might potentially be required based on business needs.

Location and Compensation
The work location is Bellmawr, N.J., with a preference for candidates who are commutable to Bellmawr. Remote work options may be considered.The compensation range is $42,000 to $53,000 annually.
