Asia white Knight Acquires Singapore F&B Group Creative eateries, Eyes $100 Million Revenue in Five Years
Singapore-based food and beverage group Creative Eateries has been acquired by asia White Knight, with plans to considerably scale the business and achieve $100 million in annual revenue within five years. The acquisition aims to inject “a new level of operational excellence” into Creative Eateries’ portfolio of well-established culinary brands,while maintaining the “heartfelt,authentic and human” dining experience.
The group has outlined a three-phase growth plan. The initial six months will focus on operational optimization and improvements across all brands. Following this,between six and 18 months,Creative Eateries will revamp its membership and loyalty ecosystem,consolidating it into a unified rewards program offering exclusive perks and cross-brand dining benefits.
To kickstart this loyalty initiative,the company is launching a “one million Dollar Stamp Rally” promotion over the next three months,giving away $1 million in vouchers to customers.Diners who collect stamps from visits to any three restaurants within the Creative Eateries group will receive a 50% discount on future bills, redeemable through Creative Eateries vouchers.
Beyond the 18-month mark, the group intends to pursue further collaborations and develop new concepts in partnership with its chefs.
