Ławica Shopping Park Opens in Poznań, Bringing New Retail Options to Airport Area
Poznań, Poland – September 1, 2025 – A new shopping destination, Ławica Shopping Park, has officially opened its doors in Poznań, offering residents and travelers a convenient retail experience near Ławica airport.The 7,000 sq m complex, located on Bukowska Street, boasts a fully leased space across three glazed buildings on a 2-hectare site.The development aims to provide a diverse range of shopping and service options in a readily accessible location. Scallier, a Poznań-based company specializing in commercial property projects in Poland and Romania, provided comprehensive advisory support throughout the implementation of the center, acting as both strategic commercial advisor and exclusive commercialization agent. “We are proud of launching such an unconventional and effective facility, which is the Shopping Park Ławica, which was created in our hometown,” said Bartosz nowak, managing partner at Scallier. “It is a special project for us, we participate in it from the beginning, since the idea of implementing the investment was initiated. Ławica Shopping Park features 17 commercial premises, including popular retail chains like Media Expert, Lidl, Action, Pepco, and Maxi zoo. Notably, the park also welcomed the first Poznań location of German drugstore DM and a showroom for Sofa & Friends. Additional amenities include an optical salon, pharmacy, florist, parcel locker, flower vending machine, and a gastronomy zone with a bakery.
The complex provides parking for over 220 cars, dedicated bicycle spaces, and a network of internal roads and pavements. Landscaping is currently underway around the perimeter of the shopping park, adding a finishing touch to the new development.
