Shakira‘s Mexico Tour becomes Historic, Surpassing One Million Tickets Sold

Mexico City – Colombian superstar Shakira is set to make a triumphant return to Mexico City, not just as a performer but as a record-breaker. Her current tour has achieved a monumental milestone, selling over one million tickets across the country.

This unprecedented sales figure solidifies her status as one of the most beloved and highest-grossing artists in Mexico. The overwhelming demand for her concerts has been evident as the initial ticket release, causing Ticketmaster’s website to crash and tickets to sell out within minutes.

The immense popularity necessitated the addition of numerous new dates in key cities. Notably, Mexico City will host an astounding 12 concerts, setting a new record for any artist at the GNP Seguros venue. This demonstrates shakira’s deep and enduring connection with her Mexican fanbase.
