Coach Ovidiu Burcă Reflects on Team’s Performance
I was pleased with many aspects of the team’s performance today.this has been the most demanding week of our pre-season, with the highest training load, and I’m glad the players responded so positively. While frustration was evident, I attribute it to their fatigue. Our focus isn’t on being fresh now, but for the opening match in two weeks. We saw many positives, but there’s still meaningful room for development. I believe we are on the right track.Over the next two weeks, we will prioritize restoring freshness so that we approach the first game with energy and a clear mindset.

Constantin Budescu Training with CS Tunari
Constantin Budescu, currently a free agent following his departure from Gloria Buzău, has been training with CS Tunari. The 36-year-old midfielder could finalize a contract with the newly promoted Liga 2 side in the coming days.
Budescu has been inactive for the past five months. Although his contract with Gloria Buzău extended until June 30, he last played for the club on February 21.
“It is indeed true that Budescu is training with us. There’s no secret about it,and no reason to deny it. He is undoubtedly a special player, a quality footballer we are keen to have for the Liga 2 season. We cannot confirm at this moment whether he will sign today, tomorrow,or in a week.”
