We‍ are⁢ seeking⁤ a highly motivated and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst‌ with 3-5 years ‍of⁤ experience to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume surroundings. This ⁣is a fully onsite position based in⁢ San Jose,​ California, with an immediate start‌ date.

What You’ll ⁣Do:

As ⁢a Senior compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the‍ execution of‌ core compensation processes, including:

* Supporting annual focal review cycles and incentive payout administration.
* Conducting ⁢market ‍pricing analysis and participating in salary surveys.
* Managing compensation for approximately 70 open positions.
*⁣ ⁣ Providing data-driven compensation analysis for both salaried and hourly employees (with a smaller hourly population of under 100).
* ​ Responding ⁤to general compensation inquiries ⁢and providing ‍data support.

this role is focused on⁤ execution and ‌requires a ⁢proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Business partnering is‌ not a ⁣core component of this position.

What You’ll Bring:

* ​ 3-5 years ​of experience in conventional compensation.
*​ Remarkable analytical and quantitative skills, with⁣ advanced​ proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Proven​ ability⁤ to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
* ⁣ Comfort⁣ navigating a ​fast-moving ‌environment and adapting to changing priorities.
* A ⁣team-oriented​ mindset with a proactive, deadline-driven, and energetic approach.
* ‌ Experience with multi-state‍ or ‌global compensation is a‍ plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $43.00 – $55.00. we provide a complete benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance,​ life insurance, short-term​ disability, voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, ⁤and a 401K plan.
