Senior Accountant, Pully
Job description:
- Maintaining accounts in our QUORUM software
- Establishment of financial statements for buildings under management
- Preparation of balance sheets
- Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts
- Planning and participation in account controls with the auditors
- Establishing budgets
- Processing of new mandates
- Establishment of heating and incidental costs accounts
- VAT statements
- Monitoring of tenant/co-owner collections

- Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience as a confirmed 360 accountant within a real estate agency or similar organization OBLIGATORY
- An ability to integrate into a dynamic and professional team
- Good command of the QUORUM program and IT tools OBLIGATORY
- Good organization and good time management
- Great professional rigor and sensitivity to deadlines.
