According to Alalshikh, the London headquarters is an important step in strengthening the company’s global network and delivering world-class projects. Getahead Leverages AI for Mental Performance

The platform features a “Mental Edge Assessment” that evaluates users across 10 psychological dimensions to identify how they respond to competition, pressure and setbacks.

Founder Chris McAdam, a former professional rugby player, developed the tool after experiencing mental blocks that hindered his own performance.
