Regional Fondas Announce September Lineups, Ticket Sales Now Live
Santiago, Chile – As Chile prepares for Dieciocho, the annual celebration of independence, a diverse range of fondas-traditional chilean festivities-are gearing up to offer music, food, and cultural experiences throughout the Santiago Metropolitan Region (RM). Ticket sales are underway for several prominent events, catering to a variety of tastes and budgets.
These celebrations provide a crucial cultural touchstone for Chileans, offering a space to reconnect with national traditions and enjoy live performances. With options ranging from large-scale events featuring renowned artists to more intimate,family-friendly gatherings,the fondas represent a meaningful economic boost for local communities and a vital part of the national identity. The events run from September 17th through the 20th, coinciding with the extended holiday weekend.
Fonda Nomade at Matucana 100 will present a unique blend of comedy, rock, cumbia, and cueca from September 17th to 20th. The lineup includes 22, Metlengua, Knows Moya, Holy Neighborhood, Duo Pajarito, and others. Tickets are available through Passline and are priced as follows: Pre-sale $13,800, Pre-sale 2 $17,250, General Admission $19,550, and Child (6-13 years) $5,750.
Peñaflor’s Costumbrista Fiesta 2025 promises a family-focused atmosphere with live music, folklore, gastronomy, games, and access to wetland areas. Headlining artists include Illapu, María José Quintanilla, Amar Azul, Grupo Alegría, Entre Mares, Los Jaivas, and Cuatro Vientos. Tickets are $3,000 for the general public and $1,000 for residents of Peñaflor.
