Sanremo 2026: Top 5 Performances & Song Highlights – Night 2

Tommaso Paradiso, LDA & AKA 7even, Nayt, Fedez and Masini, and Ermal Meta emerged as the most voted artists following the second night of the Sanremo 2026 festival, according to voting from both the home audience and the radio jury.

Paradiso debuted at Sanremo with “I romantici,” a ballad dedicated to his daughter, Anna. The song explores themes of sensitivity in a hardening world and a commitment to present fatherhood, breaking from a potentially cold past, according to reports.

LDA & AKA 7even delivered “Poesie clandestine,” a song depicting a passionate, yet conflicted love. The lyrics portray a desire for connection hampered by an inability to fully commit, suspended between longing and impossibility.

Nayt’s performance of “Prima che” focused on the desire for authentic self-expression before societal pressures and facades take hold. The song aims to capture a genuine connection before external influences corrupt it.

Fedez and Masini presented “Male necessario,” a song centered on vulnerability, fragility, and confronting past silence. The performance touched on themes of fatherhood and the responsibilities that reach with it.

Ermal Meta’s “Stella Stellina” was a poignant lullaby dedicated to a Palestinian child victim of the conflict in Gaza. Meta concluded the performance with a direct statement: “Children should produce noise, not silence,” drawing attention to the suffering of children in war zones.
