Sandra Kubicka & Baron: Next Divorce Hearing Date Revealed

Warsaw, Poland – A brief court appearance on Wednesday marked the latest development in the ongoing divorce proceedings between Polish model Sandra Kubicka and musician Aleksander Baron, known professionally as Baron. The hearing, held in Warsaw, lasted just 15 minutes and yielded no immediate resolution, according to reporting from Pudelek.pl.

The couple’s relationship has been closely followed by Polish media, with Kubicka initially filing for divorce in late 2024. However, the proceedings took an unexpected turn when the initial divorce petition was withdrawn in May 2025, leading to a period of reconciliation that included public appearances together, including a vacation in Greece and attendance at a wedding, as reported by Pudelek.pl.

Despite this apparent reconciliation, Kubicka again filed for divorce in late November 2025, signaling a definitive finish to the marriage, according to Pudelek.pl. Wednesday’s hearing represents the resumption of those proceedings.

Anna Grabowska, Baron’s lawyer, indicated to Fakt.pl following the hearing that both parties are seeking an amicable resolution. “We are striving for an agreement, a consensual conclusion to this process, and we hope that is how it will end,” Grabowska stated.

The court has scheduled a follow-up hearing for March, though a specific date has not yet been announced. The atmosphere at the courthouse was described as tense, with security present and Kubicka reportedly appearing agitated, according to Fakt.pl and Pudelek.pl. Baron arrived at the courthouse via a side entrance accompanied by private security.

The divorce proceedings follow a relationship marked by public scrutiny and fluctuating status. While the couple had initially sought to resolve their differences, the renewed legal action suggests a final separation is imminent.
