Samsung Launches World’s First Micro RGB TV with Vision AI in Indonesia
Samsung Electronics Indonesia has introduced its Micro RGB television lineup, featuring Vision AI technology, to the Indonesian market. The launch focuses on delivering enhanced color precision and deeper contrast through a new display architecture.
Technical Specifications of Micro RGB Architecture
The Micro RGB technology distinguishes itself from conventional display systems by utilizing red, green, and blue backlights that measure less than 100 micrometers. These components emit light independently, a design that enables highly precise control over luminance and superior color accuracy at the pixel level. According to Samsung, this architecture is designed to produce more natural and consistent visual outputs across a variety of lighting conditions.

The Indonesian product rollout includes the R95H series, available in sizes ranging from 65 to 85 inches, and the R85H series, which is offered in 55-inch to 75-inch models. These devices represent the company’s first televisions to utilize Micro RGB technology combined with Vision AI.
Global Context and Design Evolution
The regional launch follows the international debut of a 130-inch Micro RGB television, also under the R95H model designation, which was unveiled at CES 2026. Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics, stated that Micro RGB represents the pinnacle of the company’s image quality innovation and that the 130-inch model serves to advance that vision.
The new series incorporates the “Timeless Frame” design, which serves as a modern evolution of the Timeless Gallery aesthetic originally introduced in 2013. The design approach aims to integrate “technology as art,” utilizing a refined frame intended to make the large-scale displays function as immersive windows rather than traditional television sets.
