Saint-Victor-Rouzaud Ecovillage Hosts Open Days & Health Conference This September
Saint-Victor-Rouzaud, France – The Sainte-Camel ecovillage will welcome visitors on September 13th with a guided presentation of its lasting living practices and community initiatives. The event offers a unique possibility too explore an alternative lifestyle focused on ecological responsibility and collaborative living, as interest in eco-conscious communities grows nationwide.
Located in Saint-Victor-Rouzaud, the ecovillage aims to demonstrate a viable path toward a more sustainable future. The open house is part of the national Habitat Open Days programme, providing public access to innovative housing and community models. Attendees will gain insight into the ecovillage’s ideology,operational structure,and ongoing projects,with a focus on practical applications of eco-friendly living.
The September 13th schedule begins with visitor reception at 1:30 p.m., followed by a presentation and discussion from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. detailing the ecovillage’s core principles and daily life. A guided tour of the site and an overview of current activities and projects will then take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The day will conclude with a Q&A session with residents, providing practical facts and enrollment details for those interested in joining the community. Registration is required,and pets are not permitted during the visit.
Beyond the ecovillage tour, a conference on health and nutrition will be held on September 18th, led by Jean-Claude Dosseto, a certified nutritionist and naturopath.
