Medical Device Education Specialist – Registered Nurse

IQVIA, a global leader in life sciences analytics, technology, and research, is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Device Education Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accomplished implementation and adoption of innovative infusion products within hospital settings.
What You’ll Do:
You will serve as a dedicated clinical resource, providing extensive education and support to healthcare professionals – including RNs, physicians, and other staff – on our cutting-edge infusion devices. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging and effective training sessions on multiple infusion products.
* Conducting thorough assessments of customer education needs and tailoring learning experiences accordingly.
* leveraging your clinical expertise to confidently answer questions and address concerns regarding device functionality and request.
* providing regular updates, detailed reports, and valuable feedback to clients throughout and following in-service training.
* Sharing your clinical and professional knowledge in a non-patient care environment.
* Acting as a vital link between end-users and our corporate teams, relaying feedback to improve existing and future medical devices.
* Serving as a primary education resource for the device, ensuring users are proficient and confident.
What We’re looking For:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
* Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence is required.
* A minimum of 2+ years of recent (within the last 5 years) experience in a clinical setting such as ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg, or a critical care unit.
* Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., manager, educator, preceptor) are a plus.
* Comfort and proficiency with basic software programs.
* Experience with Pulse Oximetry devices is highly desirable.
* Prior experience as a super-user or providing infusion pump education is a important advantage.
* Solid intermediate computer skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Must be comfortable with the possibility of adhering to client and hospital vaccination requirements for on-site work.
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly pay range for this position is $36.00 – $38.00, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
