Rezzie: New Platform Streamlines Real Estate Wholesaling & Deal Finding

by Emma Walker – News Editor

A recent marketplace, Rezzie, launched earlier this month aiming to streamline off-market real estate investment, connecting investors and wholesalers with a platform designed to reduce inefficiencies and “spam” in the deal-sourcing process. The platform, rebranded from Housing Investments Group in July 2025, currently has approximately 2,000 users, according to its founder.

Rezzie’s core function is to address what founder Bobby Suarez describes as friction in the current system, where deals are often shared via “email blasts, texts blasts or even WhatsApp group chats.” The platform allows buyers to create “buy boxes” – detailed criteria specifying location, property type, price range, and investment strategy – to receive notifications only about relevant properties.

“We created this platform to professionalize the way that people do deals, whereas also cutting out the spam of deals that don’t meet their criteria that investors and buyers get bombarded with,” Suarez said. The platform also provides sellers with analytics showing how many active buyers match their property listings, including data on views and saved deals, enabling targeted outreach.

Rezzie differentiates itself by vetting wholesalers before allowing them to subscribe, a measure Suarez says is intended to protect investor buyers. Wholesalers and sellers pay a flat monthly fee of $250 for access to the platform, while buyers can use Rezzie’s services without charge and without transaction fees.

The company, affiliated with South Florida’s Sell To Bobby, is initially focused on expanding its network of wholesale subscribers to 2,500 and attracting one million active buyers with established buy boxes by the conclude of the year. Current users are concentrated in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, California, and Oklahoma. Rezzie aims to connect “everyday investors, institutional capital, and retail buyers” on a single platform, according to Suarez.

The platform’s emergence reflects a broader effort to modernize off-market real estate transactions, providing real-time data and analytics to inform investment decisions. Rezzie’s tools are designed to streamline the acquisition process and foster more efficient partnerships between wholesalers and investors, according to the company.
