The motion stemmed from a statement razman made during the December 2 sitting, where he claimed Malaysian citizens displayed Chinese national flags at an event in teluk Intan. He was later referred to a committee regarding the matter.
In other assembly business,Mohammad Zahir announced a motion will be presented during the September sitting to appoint the Ayer Kuning assemblyman to the Welfare Committee for assemblymen.
