Ravenna Residents Invited to Free October Workshops on Healthy Eating
RAVENNA, ITALY – The Hygiene and Public Health Service of Ravenna, in collaboration with community health centers, is offering a series of free workshops throughout October focused on promoting healthy lifestyles, especially for individuals with chronic conditions, their families, and caregivers. The events are part of the regional prevention plan 2021-2025.
Sustainable Nutrition Series:
Four workshops will explore the topic of sustainable nutrition in various locations:
* Russi: Wednesday, October 1st, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Ravaglia Room, Multipurpose Cultural Center, Via Cavour, 21
* Lugo: Wednesday, October 8th, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Baracca Room, Rocca Estese, Piazza dei Martiri, 1
* Castiglione di Ravenna: Wednesday, October 15th, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Tamerice Room, via Vittorio Veneto, 21
* Faenza: Wednesday, october 22nd, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, Avis room, Viale Stradone, 9. Registration is required for the Faenza event by calling 0546 667718. This event is held in collaboration with Avis and local general practitioners.
Label Reading Workshop – Ravenna:
A workshop dedicated to understanding food labels will be held on Thursday,October 2nd,from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Classroom Martignani,Via De Gasperi,8,Ravenna.
