“I’m not frustrated for one simple reason – within my means, I did everything I could to make things happen for me,” Nadal told a Spanish television channel less than a month ago – adding: “I I think Novak feels this much more intensely than I do. If he hadn’t made it, it might have been a bigger frustration for him. Maybe that’s why he did it. I think he had the ability to set his ambition on the “I think I was ambitious too, but a bit healthier, which allowed me to see things in a different way.”
The “Djoker” is diplomatic, but clear
In an interview with “Sportal”, Djokovic was now asked to comment on Nadal’s words: “I saw that his comments went viral, that a lot of people talked about them. He added: “I have no intention of commenting on him or Roger Federer in a negative light – my respect for them outweighs any negative opinions I may have. Again, that is Rafa’s opinion and of course I am not “Agreed. I have my opinion, but I won’t share it because I don’t want us to delve further into this. There’s no reason for that.”
