Radost Bokel: 40 Years After Momo – Hannover Airport Talk 2026

Hannover Airport will host a talk event on October 5, 2026, featuring actress Radost Bokel, best known for her role as Momo in the 1986 film adaptation of Michael Ende’s novel. The event, part of the airport’s “Erleben & Erlesen” (Experience & Read) series, will focus on the 40th anniversary of the film’s release and Bokel’s experiences during filming.

The “Erleben & Erlesen” series, a popular talk and reading event, brings prominent guests to the airport’s Skylight event location. Attendees can listen to the stars share stories from their lives and current book publications. The Skylight offers views of the airport’s runway. Following the talks, guests have the opportunity to have their books signed by the authors.

According to Hannover Airport, the event series will also feature appearances by American Pie actor Thomas Ian Nicholas on March 2, 2026, and actor Tom Wlaschiha on April 13, 2026. Other scheduled guests include Tina Ruland, Hans-Werner Meyer, Reiner Schöne, and comedian Dieter Hallervorden, who will appear on November 23, 2026.

The airport’s event series began on February 9, 2026, with Katy Karrenbauer, known for her role in the television series “Hinter Gittern,” discussing her book “Das Leben ist kein Fischfurz.”

The events begin at 7:00 PM, with doors opening at 6:30 PM. Seating is not reserved. The Skylight is accessible via glass elevators from the Airport Plaza, located between Terminals A and B. Parking is available at Parkhaus 1 for a special rate of 4 euros for four hours. The S5 S-Bahn line connects Hannover HBF (main station) to the airport with a journey time of approximately 18 minutes.

Tickets can be purchased online through Eventim or at HAZ & NP Ticketshop locations in Hannover.
